产品描述
容量1L（含）以下的瓶型都可对应，8~24模腔。最多可开24腔。
多功能量产型机型，适用于从小到大的各类瓶型及材料，最高产能每小时8000瓶。
应用：用于各种食品和非食品类瓶型，化妆品（睫毛膏，洗剂，奶油等），药物（滴眼剂，药物，丸剂等），调味品，西林瓶，PET/PP口服液瓶，蚊香液瓶等。
适用材料：PET,PETG，PP,PC,PLA,PEN,PS,PES,Tritan,COC，COP等。
可制形状：圆形，广口，把手瓶，椭圆形，非圆形，超轻，异形瓶等。
PET可对应零冷却技术。
四工位法的优点是存在单独的调温工位，能更好的调节瓶胚的各段温度，成型各种复杂式样的瓶子。同瓶口的瓶胚模具可以通用，可吹大吹小，做不同形状的瓶子。节省注塑模的投资成本。
