










The OMVECF carbonation machine series is the * widely used laboratory carbonated beverage inflators in the domestic market. It is commonly found in beverage terminal companies, flavor companies, and plastic bottle manufacturing and design companies.
This equipment can directly aerate materials, or choose to make carbonated water. During filling, the syrup can be placed into a designated container for post-carbonation.
In the closed environment of the material tank, the maximum carbonic acid solubility of the product can reach a maximum of 11g/L. The pressure and temperature of the material can be set through the touch screen. This machine comes with an ice cooler, which can automatically cool the material and improve the efficiency of carbon dioxide dissolution.
Commonly used in carbon dioxide aeration experiments with fruit juices, tea drinks (clear juice, no particles), various flavor drinks, low-protein drinks, beer, and carbonated water.
Co2 gas is filled into the material through a special injection mechanism; in order to increase the carbon dioxide saturation, it also reduces the generation of foaming. The pressure and temperature in the material cylinder will automatically balance. Carbonation saturation speed is about 1L/min. All instructions are controlled by PLC and can store different parameter settings, including temperature, pressure, filling time, pressure relief time, and level stabilization time.
Applicable bottle types: PET and glass bottles, aluminum cans (two-piece cans).
The machine is equipped with a normal temperature CIP program that can circulate acid and alkali solution for cleaning. This model's functional settings such as pressurization, voltage stabilization, and pressure relief during the open filling process can better simulate the factory production process and improve product stability.
