Far East Machinery has accumulated more than 26 years of experience in the production and sales of vertical lathes. Although it has already launched three models of vertical lathes, including VL-12, VL-20 and VL-25, this type of vertical lathes only has the basic turning function of rotating workpieces on a workbench. It cannot meet the increasingly diverse processing needs. Therefore, it plans to respond to the processing needs of market customers, improve product functions and added value, and develop RAM detachable turning and power-driven rotary tools. A vertical turning and milling compound processing machine with high-precision positioning and contour processing functions of a C-axis workbench. The tool magazine is equipped with a 6-bit turning holder or right-angle milling head and a 6-bit drilling, milling, boring and tapping tool. It can be automatically exchanged in conjunction with RAM to achieve the automation of the whole machine. The operation is simple and time-saving, and the processing capacity is wider., with the original vertical lathe models, it provides customers with more choices.
NVL-16M caters to the processing needs of many important industries such as the vehicle and rail industry, aviation, national defense, power generation, mining, ships, trains, automobiles and energy equipment, construction machinery, and heavy machinery. It processes wheels, motor casings, valve bodies, flanges, large motor seats and other large disc parts that require high precision, multiple processes, and complex shapes.
