目前，针对Mini-LED倒装芯片印刷固晶锡膏要求，环城鑫推出最新全自动锡膏印刷机CCX，适用于智能手机、半导体 Mini LED领域的高精密印刷机，主要针对0201、01005、03015、M0201等高精度微间距元器件PCB印刷工艺。系统具备的特殊平台结构，保证对准精度和重复精度可达±7μm，实际锡膏印刷精度可达±12μm，印刷生产循环周期共6.5秒（不包括印刷锡膏和清洗）。
