Pressure Cure Oven (PCO) or Autoclave is used tominimize voiding and increase adhesion strength forbonding processes typically used in die attach andunderfill applications
PCO pressurizes air into a rigid vessel and heats & coolswith forced convection Heaters, heat exchangers and blowers are internal tothe pressure vessel
When the curing process is complete, the pressure ovenautomatically relieves its pressure to 1atm and cools
