TRF-P系列辐底式保护气氛精密汽车管连续热处理线,适用于精密汽车管、合结管及焊管的退火、正火及回火等连续热处理工艺。TRF-P系列热处理线采用氮气/RX保护气氛,自身预热烧嘴辐射管间接加热、脉冲控制。物料在热处理过程中加热、冷却均匀,热处理后表面光洁/光亮,可实现精密汽车管的微脱碳或零脱碳热处理。TRF-P系列热处理线可配置真空锁气室。

TRF-P series heat-treatment line is designed for tubes and pipes multifarious heat-treatment process by ARES.The material of tubes and pipes include of bearing steel, low alloy steel etc. Various process can be fulfilled in TRF-P, such as spheroidizing annealing, soft annealing, normalizing, tempering etc.
Nitrogen and RX gas are used as protective atmosphere inTRF-P, decarbonization of tubes and pipes during the heat-treatment will be smothered.
Recuperative burner system being equipped with radiation tube to heat the material in furnaces.Vacuum chamber is an option of TRF-P.
