阿瑞斯CRF辑底式铜合金带卷光亮热处理炉,适用于铜合金带材在保护气氛下铸坯板卷的均质化退火,中间轧材的再结晶退火。该设备采用辑底式物料传输,热/冷辑道让料盘在生产区域实现闭环循环,装出料翻卷机与装料转运车配合,实现铜卷在炉区内全自动运转。
ARES CRF is suitable for homogenization annealing of copper alloy casting blank strip coils and for recrystallization annealing of intermediate rolled copper alloy strip coils under protective atmosphere.The furnace is equipped with a roller bottom material transfer mechanism:The heat and cold roller conveyors allow for a closed-loop circulation of trays in the production area. Meanwhile, loading and unloading coil upenders work in conjunction with loading transfer vehicles, so that copper strip coils are transferred automatedly in the furnace.

炉子采用燃气或电辐射管与炉内强对流循环风机配合加热,炉膛温度均匀,能耗低。热处理过程采用氮基气氛保护,热处理后表面光亮无氧化。铜卷加热后,仍然在保护气氛下通过高效喷流冷却装置快速冷却,以实现铜卷快速冷却,防止出炉后氧化。
该炉型相对比罩式炉具有占地小,产能大,能耗低,投资小、操作简单,产品性能稳定可靠等优点,尤其适合大批量生产。
The furnace is heated by gas or electric radiant tubes together with high-convection circulating fans, contributing to uniform furnace temperature and low energy consumption.As the thermal treatment process is protected by nitrogen-based atmosphere, the coil surfaceis bright and oxidation-free after the treatment. After annealing, the copper coils are cooled rapidly by highly efficient jet cooling device sstill under protective atmosphere to prevent oxidation after being discharged from the furnace.
Compared with the bell furnace, CRF has advantages of small size,large production capacity, low energy consumption, small investment,simple operation, stable and reliable performance, etc., which is especially suitable for mass production.
