由整体带芯经聚氯乙烯浸渍糊浸渍塑化或硫化后做成，具有强度大、运量大、运输平衡等特点，同时该产品具备良好的阻燃、抗静电、抗冲击、耐磨损、耐腐蚀等性能。它的品种有阻燃输送带,矿用阻燃输送带,煤矿输送带等。

The whole strip core is made of PVC（polyvinyl chloride） impregnated paste, impregnated plasticized or vulcanized, with the characteristics of high strength, large transportation capacity and transportation balance, and the product has good flame retardant, antistatic, impact resistance, wear resistance, corrosion resistance and other properties. Its varieties include flame retardant conveyor belt, mine flame retardant conveyor belt, coal mine conveyor belt, etc. 

它具有耐磨、抗静电、防水、阻燃、强度高、安全性能优异以及与其他阻燃输送带相比成本更低、价格更低廉等特点,整芯阻燃输送带可分为PVC型和PVG型。PVC型上下覆盖层均为PVC盖胶，单面胶≥0.8mm，PVG型上下覆盖层均为丁腈橡胶和PVC并用，单面厚为1.5mm-4.5mm。PVC型输送带运输倾角<16°,PVG型输送带运输倾角<20°，均可用于煤矿井上、井下运输。

PVC type conveyor belt transportation inclination angle < 16°, PVG type conveyor belt transportation inclination < 20°, can be used for coal mine underground and underground transportation.
